Background

For more than 20 years, Estella has led enterprise change initiatives and leadership development programs where results depend on more than good intentions.

Across that work, she saw the same pattern: capable leaders working harder while results stalled. The gap was rarely effort. It was alignment between how they think, decide and lead. Elevate The Blueprint was built to close that gap.
